Policies
When shopping at Nima Stoneware you acknowledge the following
listings
Each piece is unique—this includes glaze variations and slight imperfections. If an imperfection exists, product listings include disclosure where necessary and include reduced price.
While every effort to maintain colour accuracy is listing images has been made, actual colour may vary slightly from screen-to-screen due to technological limitations.
Ceramic production is a lengthy and highly creative process and prices reflect this. When purchasing a piece, you acknowledge years of ceramic practice, hours of production, as well as material and labour costs, including pieces “sacrificed to the ceramic gods” during production. Handmade is never cheaper than machine made—it’s simply not financially feasible, nor fair, for it to be.
Available styles will vary with time and there is no guarantee your favourite style will appear again. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please add your email to an item waitlist and/or inquire when something desired is not currently listed.

If the shipping rate exceeds the above, Nima Stoneware may contact the customer to adjust the rate to cover cost. If this occurs, orders will not be shipped until the customer agrees to and provides payment for the revised shipping rate. In the event of shipping rate dispute, an order may be cancelled by the customer or Nima Stoneware at any time.
refund policy
Should you not be satisfied with your order in any way, Nima Stoneware will make every effort to make it right. While refunds are not possible, exchange or replacement may be available depending on the piece. Contact the artist, Natalie, to discuss.
commissions
Commissions of unique, custom pieces are not possible at this time. Commission work can be highly stressful, especially when setup for small-batch, hobbyist production as Nima Stoneware is. The artist, Natalie Gagnon, is a full-time instructor of communication design and must maintain focus on “the day job” while keeping ceramics meditative. Sorry to disappoint. However, slight alternate requests on existing forms may be possible. Please inquire should you wish for something not currently listed.
